Paragon International, Inc. was founded in 1995 by David A. Rock, Jr. After 28 years working in the pharmaceutical industry, Dave established Paragon CME, Inc. Initially a provider of continuing medical education programs Paragon has developed into a full service corporate meeting production company producing meetings worldwide.

Paragon International, Inc. offers more than 60 plus years of event management expertise. We know how to skillfully handle the many challenges that can occur during the conduct of a meeting. It is our responsibility to find creative solutions to any problems that may develop and resolve them so that the participants were never aware that a "challenge" ever existed.

We will assume full ownership of all pre-event communications, air and ground transportation arrangements, site planning, event registration, and on-site management. It is our responsibility to concentrate on the logistics of the conference so that our clients can focus on content.

We realize that our clients are looking for value, which is a function of both price and quality. It is our goal to make certain that all clients feel they are receiving exceptional value for the money they spend to host an event.

David A. Rock, III, President & Managing Director	View BioDave has served as the President and Managing Director since the acquisition of the company in 2003. Dave has produced numerous highly successful clinical investigator meetings on 6 of the world's 7 continents. As testament to his true entrepreneurial spirit, Dave has started a number of successful business ventures, including a medical practice management company, an employee benefits consulting firm, and an audio visual production company, all of which are still prospering today. Dave served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, is an accomplished private pilot, a licensed USCG captain, as well as an avid hunter and offshore fishing enthusiast.	Email Dave
David A. Rock, Jr., Founder	View BioFollowing a 28-year career with the Ross Products Division of Abbott Laboratories (1971-1997), Dave became the first Executive Director of The North Carolina Pediatric Society (1997-1999). During this time (1995), he joined with two colleagues to create Paragon CME, Inc., specializing in producing continuing medical education events, specifically in neonatal medicine. In 1999, Dave focused on the production Investigator Meetings for the pharmaceutical industry. In 2003, his son, Dave Rock, III, assumed the role of President of Paragon CME, Inc., and the company was renamed Paragon International, Inc. due to the large volume of international business. Drew Massey, Vice President	View BioDrew has been with Paragon International for 8 years. Drew oversees the accounting operations including accounts receivables, payables, budget reconciliations, expenditures, GCP reporting and PhRMA Code Compliance initiatives. In addition, Drew oversees the business development unit responsible for Account & Proposal Development, Client Initiatives, and additional sales related activities. Drew earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina in Business Administration with a Concentration in Information Technology.	Email Drew
Lisa Mays, Director, Travel and Events	View BioLisa brings over 18 years of experience from the travel and hospitality industries to Paragon International. Lisa is responsible for the management of all aspects of travel services, as well as event planning and on-site management. Christopher Diehl, Director, Business Development	View BioChris brings over 24 years of sales development and sales management experience from the hospitality, association management and telecommunications industries to Paragon International. Responsible for new business development, Chris manages relationships with prospective new business opportunities, as well as spearheads new marketing and sales initiatives. Ray Pearson, Director, Audiovisual	View BioRay brings 10 years of experience in digital media production, creation, and management. Ray is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all audiovisual services for Paragon International. Ashley Nyland, Event Coordinator/Office Manager	View BioAshley's responsibilities with Paragon include general management of the office, execution of specific meeting details, such as document development, coordination between clients and sites, and third party vendor management, as well as many other in-depth event planning roles. Ashley graduated from the University of North Carolina- Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Economics, as well as a minor in History.
